We rent our home through Booksmart Properties, Airbnb and VRBO. Please reach out to Booksmart Properties for any direct booking requests, early-booking discounts or questions as they help us manage our home. June through September is our summer season, and the off-season weeks range from October-May. Rental bookings are weekly for the summer only. Typically a weekly booking is 7 nights for the summer season, but the minimum nightly booking ranges in the off-season . Nightly rates range, but are at their peak from late June through early August. Please visit our rental pages to check availability and plan your trip!

Our home is pet friendly. Our pet fee includes up to two dogs. If you have additional fur-friends you’d like to bring, please reach out to us ahead of your booking so we can accommodate you and your group! We will charge added fees for any dogs exceeding two, and a larger amount for unmentioned dogs, excessive stains or damage.

We do offer to heat the pool as an additional amenity! The additional price is $500/week, please contact us if you would like to add this feature to your stay.

The Jacuzzi is always heated throughout the year.

Travel/Trip Insurance - IT IS NOT INCLUDED in your booking and we do not offer refunds within 60 days of your stay. PLEASE consider purchasing it if you need flexibility! Renting during prime summer season is a huge investment you have made to take a vacation, we always want you covered.

You can usually buy travel insurance up to the day before you leave on the trip — sometimes up to the minute before you leave. But it’s better to buy it within 15 days of your initial trip payment/deposit. You’ll have more coverage options if you buy within a certain window.
